Brickman刪除帳戶與資料
Apple 與 Google 要求可自行註銷。已登入請用 App 內按鈕，確認後立即關閉。已卸載 App 則填電郵，點確認信連結後立即刪除。
1. 在 App 內自行刪除（立即）
- 開啟 Brickman 並登入。
- 進入「我」→「設定」→「刪除帳戶」。
- 閱讀說明、輸入確認字後送出，帳戶立即關閉，無需等待客服。
2. 已卸載 App：電郵確認後自行刪除
填寫登記電郵。若該電郵有帳戶，系統會用 Firebase 帳戶郵件寄出確認連結（寄件者通常是 noreply@ 開頭）。你點連結並確認後立即刪除，無需客服。進行中的任務須先完成或取消。
3. 會刪除的資料
- 帳號：電郵、手機號碼、顯示名稱、用戶 ID、登入工作階段。
- 個人資料卡：年齡、性別、專長等選填資料。
- 你建立且已結束的任務、聊天內容、到場憑證相片。
- 裝置推播 Token、當機與診斷紀錄中可識別你的部分。
- 平台上的會員方案狀態（PRO / MAX）。
4. 會保留或須另行處理的資料
- 依法須保存的稽核、爭議或安全紀錄，保存至法定期限後刪除或去識別化。
- 仍在進行中（已承接、進行中、待驗收、爭議中）的任務會暫緩刪除，以免損害對方權益。
- Google Play 或 App Store 訂閱不會因刪除帳戶而自動停扣。請到 Google Play「付款與訂閱」或 Apple「訂閱」自行取消。
- 對方裝置上已下載的聊天內容，平台無法從對方手機移除。
5. 聯絡
也可直接寄信到 cs@brick-man.com，主旨請寫「刪除帳戶」。

Delete your account and data
Apple and Google require self-service deletion. If you can sign in, use the in-app button for an immediate close. If you uninstalled the app, enter your email and confirm the link we send.
1. Delete in the app (immediate)
- Open Brickman and sign in.
- Go to Me → Settings → Delete account.
- Read the notice, type the confirmation word, and submit. The account closes immediately.
2. If you uninstalled the app: confirm by email
Enter the email on the account. If it matches, Firebase Authentication sends the confirmation link (usually from a noreply@ address). Confirming deletes the account immediately. Finish or cancel active tasks first.
3. Data we delete
- Account: email, phone number, display name, user ID, and sessions.
- Optional profile fields such as age, gender, and specialties.
- Finished tasks you created, in-app chat, and on-site proof photos.
- Push tokens and identifiable crash or diagnostic records.
- Membership status stored by Brickman (PRO / MAX).
4. Data we keep or that you must cancel elsewhere
- Audit, dispute, or security records required by law, kept until the legal period ends, then deleted or de-identified.
- Deletion is delayed while you have reserved, in-progress, submitted, or disputed tasks, so the other party is not harmed.
- Google Play or App Store subscriptions are not canceled automatically. Cancel them in the store’s subscription settings.
- Copies of chat already stored on another person’s device cannot be removed by us.
